To help students find a balance with their smartphones and social media, Grand Island Central Schools will present a free screening of the iNDIEFLIX documentary "LIKE" at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 4.

The documentary helps to understand the impact of social media on the lives of the student-age population.

The screening will take place in the Grand Viking Theater of Grand Island High School, 1100 Ransom Road.

"LIKE" helps us to understand the impact of Social Media on the lives of our students. After the film we will hear from teachers and student panelists who will share tips and tricks for promoting self-regulating skills and other strategies designed to develop a healthy relationship with social media.
