GIHS Stiudents Inducted into National Technical Honor Society
Fifteen students from Grand Island High School were inducted into Erie 1 BOCES’ chapter of the National Technical Honor Society (NTHS) during a ceremony on March 20. Joining NTHS were Grand Island seniors: Taylor Gojmerac, Dental Laboratory Technology program; Colin Bellinger, Electrical Systems program; John Glose, Electrical Systems program; Eva Bobeck, Video Production and Recording Arts program; Sarah Burns, Animal Science program; Amanda Moran, Baking & Pastry Arts program; Aleece Cruz, Basic Nursing Skills program; Theresa West, Cosmetology program; Megan Stanley, Criminal Justice program; Victoria Busch, Culinary Arts program; Kaitlyn Grybel, Culinary Arts program; Maria Schnettler, Basic Nursing Skills program; Jason Messing, Sports Science program; Jacob VeRost, Sports Science program; Ryan Frost, Welding program.
During the ceremony, Victoria Busch spoke on Citizenship and Eva Bobek talked about Honesty.
