Phase 1: $12.5M

Middle School High School:

• Replace athletic field turf carpet
• Middle school roof replacement

Staley Eco Building:

• Roof Replacement

 

Phase 2: $40.1M

Kaegebein Elementary:

• Structural remediation in select classrooms
• Replacement of Phys. Ed. Office flooring
• Classroom HVAC replacements and upgrades to include new heating and cooling systems in all classrooms.

Huth Elementary:

• Structural remediation in select classrooms
• Classroom HVAC replacements and upgrades to include new heating and cooling systems in all classrooms.

Sidway Elementary:

• Replace exterior doors and steps by the playground including adding a sidewalk over to the playground for ADA access.
• Classroom HVAC replacements and upgrades to include new heating and cooling systems in all classrooms.

 

Phase 3: $16.6M

Middle School:

• Renovate MS locker rooms, including new finishes and lockers.
• Replace MS classroom flooring in select (14) classrooms in the 1967 portion of the building
• Add air conditioning to the MS Cafeteria
• Replace the wall tile in the ramp near the MS main entrance

High School:    

• Renovate HS Locker rooms, including new finishes and lockers.
• Replace window systems at the Cafeteria and Library Hallway
• Auditorium upgrades to include New projector, screen, and camera
• Upgrades to the basement sump pump

MSHS Complex:

• Replace all corridor lockers
• Add a one button lockdown alert system
• Network infrastructure & Wi-Fi upgrades
