Some Things About Me...
Ms. Szczublewski is a collaborative teacher in the Special Education Department. She has the pleasure of teaching students in the subject areas of 8th Grade Science and Social Studies at VCMS. Ms. "S" really enjoys spending most of her free moments with her son, John Paul, who is now in seventh grade at VCMS. She is also the coach for the VCMS Chess Club that meets every Tuesday after school.
Ms. "S" is involved in volunteer work at the Buffalo City Mission, Roswell Park Cancer Institute, and the Boy Scouts of America. Ms. Szczublewski received her Bachelor of Science degree in Genetic Engineering, from SUNY Fredonia in 1997, and her Masters Degree in Secondary Education, from Niagara University in 2000.
She has taught Anatomy & Physiology courses in the Paramedic Program at N.C.C.C., has worked as a genetic engineer for Roswell Park, and she is actively involved in her Church community. Ms. Szczublewski enjoys writing, playing chess, singing, hiking, traveling, and playing the violin!
