Dear Grand Island Families,
It is with great pleasure that we announce all students enrolled in the Grand Island Central School District for the 2025–2026 academic school year will receive one free breakfast and one free lunch per school day at no charge.
What does this mean for Pre-K–12 students attending the Grand Island Central School District?
All Pre-K–12 students enrolled at Sidway, Kaegebein, Huth Road, Veronica E. Connor Middle School, and Grand Island High School will receive one free breakfast and one free lunch each school day during the 2025–2026 school year.
Please note that in addition to the free meals, your child(ren) may still purchase à la carte items. These include snacks and second meals, which will be priced accordingly. Students may use their MySchoolBucks account or cash to purchase these additional items.
