    Kindergarten Supply List

    Last Name A-L ONLY:

    1 box sandwich Ziploc bags

     

    Last Name M-Z ONLY:

    1 box gallon Ziploc bags

     

    Everyone: 

    1 - sturdy traditional crayon box - (not bag type)  

    The crayon box should be the standard plastic one (8”3/8 X 5” 5/8 X 2” 1/8) that you find at Wal-Mart or Target so that it will fit on our tables - please label it with your child's full name on the outside of the box.

    2 - large boxes of facial tissues

    4 - containers anti-bacterial hand wipes

    2 - bottles of Elmer's glue (8 oz.) 

    6 - large Elmer's PURPLE glue sticks (or 12 small glue sticks)

    5 - boxes of CRAYOLA crayons - 24 pack/regular size

    1 - large pink eraser

    1 - pair Fiskars scissors

    4 - black EXPO markers

    1 box of washable fine Crayola point markers

    1 dozen sharpened #2 pencils (Ticonderoga  brand)

     


    None of the above items need your child's name except for the crayon box.


    ALSO

    1 - folder - Horizontal pocket folders only - labeled with your child's name and Room 208 on the outside of the folder - this will be your child's TAKE HOME FOLDER - taken home, emptied, and sent back to school each day - all correspondences should be transported in this folder - including lunch order slips

    2 - poly folders with 2 pockets and prongs - these will be kept at school for reading and writing workshops

    1 - pair of sneakers (no wheels) - to be worn to school on Physical Education days and everyday in September for playground 

    1 - long sleeve art smock - labeled with your child's name - please hang on the back hook in locker

    1 - lunch box (for those who bring their lunch) - labeled with your child's name on the outside of the lunch box - please be sure your child can locate his/her name easily

    1 - backpack large enough for your child’s lunch box, take home folder, and artwork - labeled with your child's name (PLEASE - NO WHEELS OF ANY SORT)

    1 - change of extra clothes - please place clothes in a plastic bag or zip lock bag - please place them on the top shelf of your child's locker - you may want to include shorts and pants to be prepared for any weather/season

    Headphones (inexpensive, no bluetooth or earbuds) - to be kept in your child's locker on the top shelf
