Fourth Grade Supply List
- $5.00 for homework agenda (please enclose money in an envelope and label with child’s name on it)
- 2 large boxes of tissues
- a package of wide-ruled loose leaf paper
- 12 sharpened pencils (no mechanical pencils)
- a large pink eraser
- 5 ball-point pens (blue or black ink only)
- 2 red pens for correcting
- 6-pack of highlighters
- a twelve inch ruler (with both metric and standard units on it)
- a box of 24 Crayola crayons
- a glue stick
- a small bottle of Elmer’s glue
- a pair of scissors
- 3 marble composition notebooks
- a pencil pouch or case
- a pair of headphones or ear buds
- an art smock or large old shirt
- a book bag or backpack
- Pocket and prong folders: (No Trapper Keepers or binders please)
(All folders should have pockets and prongs)
Red folder for reading
Blue folder for math
Green folder for science
Purple folder for social studies
Orange folder for language arts
Yellow folder for writingOne Take-Home folder- your choice- (prongs not necessary)
