Transcript Requests

Copies of High School Transcripts

1. Current students, please contact your school counselor
2. Up to one (1) year after graduation - Complete the GIHS Transcript Request form below and email it to Karenfischer@gicsd.org   You must include your name as it appeared when you were a student here, your month and year of graduation and the complete name and address of where you would like your official transcript mailed.
3. More than two (2) years after graduation - Requests be in written form, emailed or faxed to: Jude Kuehne, Grand Island Central School District, 1100 Ransom Road, Grand Island, NY 14072. Fax # (716)773-8895; judekuehne@gicsd.org. The following information must be included in the request:
