Vaccinations and Health Physicals
On September 7, 2023, NYS health law requires that all students entering 6th grade MUST HAVE their Tdap vaccination updated and verified.
All 7th grade students MUST HAVE proof of having been given the Meningococcal (Menactra) vaccine or have an upcoming appointment in order to attend school.
New York State law also requires a health examination for all students entering 7th grade. The examination must be completed by a New York State licensed physician, physician assistant or nurse practitioner. Including Body Mass Index and Weight Status Category.
